Kari Keating, Kari Keating is a business and growth coach, podcast host, speaker, author and mom to 3 boys. Before, during and after obtaining a Business Leadership degree from CSUSM, she worked a 17-year career in corporate America where she cultivated skills in the areas of business strategy, sales and storytelling working for companies such as Nike, Quiksilver, lululemon and other major retailers.
It was always her dream to be a CEO of a fortune 500 company until she became a Mom and realized that even though she wanted to work, she wanted to be the one to pick her kids up from school and volunteer in their classrooms. She started searching for opportunities that would provide the ability to do both.
After having two babies in 2 years, she became an accidental entrepreneur when she fell in love with health and wellness products that helped her feel like herself again. By sharing these products through the vehicle of network marketing, she was able to leave her corporate career behind and launch herself into the industry. She rose to the highest leadership level in that company within the first two years of launching her business and continues to grow that arm of her business with passion.
After her third baby in 3 years was born, while managing her growing business, she found herself struggling to find clarity in the chaos and hired her first business coach. It was in that interaction that she realized that all of the business acumens she had developed over the years could be used to help other entrepreneurs launch, grow and scale their businesses.
She then launched her coaching business and has worked with clients ranging from network marketers, coaches, photographers, recording artists, and many more but is MOST passionate about working with entrepreneurs who want to create a business and brand that last. She’s incredibly passionate about helping women step into their purpose, ignite their passion and truly expand into the women they are called to be.
She’s spoken at events such as The Bliss Project, has been featured on numerous podcasts and is launching her first co-authored book in the fall as part of the NY Times best-selling series, “You’ve got this, Mama.”
When not working, you can find Kari and her family camping, snowboarding, or on some sort of exciting adventure.
